Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 8 to 12 business days from dispatch.

These are estimates. Delivery may take longer during peak periods or because of customs, weather or carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on all orders over $50.

Below $50, standard shipping is $6.90, shown at checkout.

All duties, taxes and customs charges are included in the price you pay. You will never be asked for anything on delivery.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first update.

Delays and lost parcels

If your order is running late, email us at support@thebig-paw.com and we'll look into it.

If a parcel is confirmed lost after an investigation with the carrier, we'll either reship it or refund you in full — your choice.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please check your address before completing your order. We can't be held responsible for parcels that can't be delivered because of an incorrect address.

If a parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs may apply.
