SAS Yonea operates thebig-paw.com and is the data controller for the personal information collected here. "The Big Paw" and "TearCalm" are brands operated by SAS Yonea.

1. What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment details. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor — we never see or store them.
When you visit the site: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and how you arrived. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
When you contact us: anything you choose to include in your message.

3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
We share it only with providers who need it to deliver our service: Shopify (hosting and order processing), our payment processors, our fulfilment partner and carriers, our email platform, and Meta for advertising measurement.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Union. Where that's the case, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. How long we keep it
Order and transaction records: 10 years, as required by French accounting law.
Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, then up to 3 years.
Website analytics: up to 13 months.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, withdraw your consent at any time, and receive your data in a portable format.

You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request its deletion, to request a copy, and to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
